Huge FAIL on your part. "The printer broke down" just doesn't cut it as an excuse when you've sat on an express delivery order for 2 days.
ReplyDeleteThis disappointed customer is now faced with the panic of trying to find replacement glasses for a school concert this evening.
The saddest part for you is that you haven't just lost this order you've also lost all our future business.
